About The Ha Collective
The Ha Collective is a community initiative dedicated to advancing equity and sustainability in the global fashion labor industry. Founded by Rain Hashimoto and Noelle Harmon, who met at FIDM in Los Angeles , we combine storytelling and media to support garment workers, small fashion designers, and textile artisans.

We are an all-women team looking for a creative, driven, and inspired intern to help us amplify underrepresented voices and direct resources toward ethical labor support.

The Role
We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to support our digital storytelling efforts. This role is designed for a creator who understands that high-impact media is a tool for systemic change. You will work directly with the founders to translate our mission into professional, compelling content for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring our message reaches a global audience with clarity and aesthetic precision.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing: Cutting and producing high-retention Reels and TikToks from raw footage (interviews, behind-the-scenes, and educational content).

Platform Management: Uploading content, writing punchy captions, and managing the posting schedule.

Trend Analysis: Identifying trending audios and formats and pivoting them to fit the sustainability and labor rights space.

Community Engagement: Interacting with our followers to build a loyal, informed community.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Experience with video editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) is a must.

Social Media Native: You have a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and aesthetics.

Aesthetic Eye: Ability to maintain a visual brand that is elevated, modern, and meaningful.

Storytelling Skills: An interest in fashion, sustainability, and social justice.

Communication: Strong writing skills for captions and community interaction.
