Account Executive – Massachusetts

Full-time

Compensation: USD 60,000 – USD 120,000 per year

Candidates must reside in or be commutable to the following Massachusetts counties: Worcester, Bristol, Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable. Local travel to assigned customer accounts is required at least 2‑3 days a week. Non‑field days are worked from home. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems.

Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision‑makers.

Engage with C‑Suite leaders and influencers to understand their business needs.

Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients.

Collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real‑world experience.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary USD 60,000 – 120,000 + uncapped commissions.

Monthly car allowance ($200‑$240).

One‑time remote work stipend ($600).
