Graphic Design Specialist

Aon is searching for a talented Graphic Design Specialist to join their North American creative team. In this remote role (based in California), you’ll collaborate with account and sales teams to develop visually compelling marketing materials that help Aon win new business and retain clients.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with account teams to understand client needs and translate them into effective creative solutions.
-Design a variety of graphic elements, including layouts, charts, diagrams, and presentations.
-Ensure all designs adhere to Aon’s brand identity guidelines.
-Work effectively within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all levels.
Qualifications:
-Associate degree in graphic design and 1-2 years of experience (portfolio required).
-Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
-Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
