What This Role Looks Like
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the go‑to partner for companies needing accounting & finance talent. You will:

Break into new accounts while expanding relationships with existing clients

Sell both temporary staffing and executive search services

Build long‑term partnerships with accounting & finance decision‑makers

Meet with hiring managers to understand needs across a wide range of industries

Collaborate with your recruiter teammates, who will fill the roles you bring in

Provide ongoing service and relationship management long after the placement is made

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (DOE)

Uncapped Commission

Year 1 OTE: $65,000–$100,000

Year 2+: $70,000–$100,000+
