Coleman Jet Solutions is a private aviation brokerage and consulting firm that assists clients with navigating the regulatory, legal, and financial issues related to aircraft ownership, operation, maintenance, acquisition, and disposal. We are based in Highland Park, Illinois on Chicago’s North Shore.

About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, talented, fast-paced person that values service to others and the desire to influence the direction of the companies marketing efforts with their creative passions. The Creative Marketing Specialist will assist in the conceptualization, design and implementation of various marketing strategies. Being able to work with others, meeting deadlines (that you will set for yourself), and creatively contributing to the growth of the company are crucial. The Creative Marketing Specialist must be able to work on a variety of assignments with the ability to learn quickly and must confidently share ideas within a team environment. If you are motivated to serve others, have the willingness to listen to and improve from feedback, and an eagerness to immerse yourself in the private aviation market niche then you’d fit right in here.

Responsibilities

Produce attractive and effective collateral material for various media types (digital, social, print, audio, video) to tell our Company story

Edit and refine both content and graphic designs into finished products

Manage and implement marketing campaigns and projects

Communicate with team members to receive feedback

Liaise effectively with industry advertisers, trade publications, and other industry vendors

Offer input and share ideas in sales, operations and marketing meetings

Qualifications

1-3 years' of marketing experience

BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study

Excellent writing and communication skills

Required Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Technically proficient in various creative applications such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to read, analyze, write and interpret business communication for external use

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, and the team

Preferred Skills

Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or In-Design background

Word Press or similar web development and design software

Experience with CRM and Project Management/Workflow Applications

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Astute attention to detail regardless of project size

The ability to work as an individual and with others in a fast-paced work environment, meet tight deadlines, and adjust direction efficiently and precisely

The ability to see projects through from inception to execution
