We’re expanding rapidly and seeking a high‑energy Account Executive who can help scale our revenue engine and deliver real value to service business owners.

What You’ll Do
As an AE at Free2Grow, you’ll own the full sales cycle:

Pipeline & Demand Generation

Partner with SDRs on outbound strategy and lead follow‑up

Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline in CRM

Discovery & Value‑Selling

Run discovery calls that surface pain around missed calls, after‑hours coverage gaps, booking rates, and CSR cost

Challenge prospects’ assumptions about call conversion and CSR economics — teach them something they didn’t know about their own business

Deliver compelling product demos via screen‑share, with pricing presented on the first call

Deal Execution

Run a tight two‑call close motion: demo, second call, signature

Build business cases and ROI stories tailored to home‑service owners

Navigate multi‑stakeholder cycles (owner, ops, call center lead)

Handle objections and negotiate pricing and contract terms

Drive opportunities from qualification through close

Performance & Collaboration

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM

Partner with Customer Success for smooth onboarding

Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and product teams

What You Bring

2–5 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, service‑tech, or home‑services preferred)

Proven track record in full‑cycle sales and hitting quota

Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills

Familiarity with Challenger or other insight‑led sales methodologies a plus

Ability to build trust and credibility with owners and operators

Comfort selling into SMB and trades environments

Process‑driven with strong CRM discipline

Highly coachable, curious, and hungry to grow

Passion for AI, automation, and the future of service‑business technology
