Brand Manager – Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton & Royal Albert Fiskars Group, a premier designer of premium household brands, is seeking a Brand Manager to shape the future of our iconic brands in North America. Working closely with wholesale partners and internal teams, you will drive brand growth, enrich consumer connections, and sustain leadership across a dynamic marketplace.
What You’ll Do Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive annual brand plans in alignment with global strategy and local market needs.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to craft strategies that enhance brand positioning and market share.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Oversee local media strategies and manage PR activities to achieve impactful collaborations and media presence.
Support product assortment planning tailored to local markets while aligning with global brand objectives.
Develop high‑quality materials and training content to support retail and wholesale partners.
Work in a hybrid environment: in‑office Tuesdays and Wednesdays; remote Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Salary range: $120,000 – $135,000 per annum.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Over five years of brand‑management experience in wholesale environments, preferably within large international organizations.
Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects and formulate strategic plans.
Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills with experience analysing market data and consumer insights.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Creative vision that drives innovative marketing campaigns and strengthens brand identity.
Self‑motivated, innovative, and passionate about building brands that exceed consumer expectations.
