Leading customer lifecycle, retention, and advocacy initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Customer Marketing Manager will design campaigns to drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Key responsibilities
Own and optimize the post-purchase customer journey, developing targeted marketing programs for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
Build and manage the Advocacy Program, mobilizing top customers for case studies, webinars, and peer-to-peer reviews
Create customer-centric collateral and tools to enable Sales and Customer Success teams to drive deeper product adoption and secure renewals
Required qualifications
7+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success enablement
Proven experience managing programs independently and leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong portfolio of customer-driven content and experience with advocacy software
Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer success tools
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure campaign ROI
