The Marketing Strategist, Operations & Campaigns is responsible for owning and evolving TEKsystems' email marketing strategy, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
This role partners closely with marketing, creative, communications, and technical teams to develop personalized, segmented email campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and measurable business outcomes. Manage one direct report position which is employed on a contract basis
Manage day-to-day execution of email campaigns, including list building, template setup, editing, testing, deployment, and reporting
Own email workflow management and prioritization across multiple stakeholders
Build and execute an email testing roadmap to support continuous optimization
Develop automated email journeys to nurture B2B audiences and support lead generation
Report on KPIs and performance metrics; provide actionable insights and recommendations
Implement quality assurance checkpoints for all email deployments
Identify new opportunities to increase engagement and site traffic
Create and maintain an email deployment calendar
Ensure brand standards through collaboration with creative and communications teams
Coordinate all rounds of proofing, revisions, and final deployment
Ensure proper rendering across email clients and devices (mobile & desktop)
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve email deliverability
Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM automation capabilities
Segment and activate audience data for targeted campaigns
Serve as the marketing team's subject matter expert for Salesforce & SFMC
Lead innovation and best practices in email marketing strategy
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of email marketing and analytics experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and project management abilities
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Growth mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

Preferred / Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Litmus
Experience with marketing automation platforms
Experience with email reputation and deliverability tools
