Leading initiatives around talent data and system integrations, the remote Talent Integration Manager will manage a team to develop operational strategies, oversee data platforms, and partner with stakeholders to drive analytics solutions.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies for talent data, reporting, and system integrations
Oversee talent data platforms and ensure secure, high-quality data connectivity across HR and enterprise systems
Deliver analytics solutions such as dashboards and reports to support business intelligence goals
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience with HR data management and data warehousing/operational data store (ODS)
5+ years of HR systems integration experience with HRIS platforms (Workday / SuccessFactors)
Hands-on experience with database development and data modeling (SQL Server/Oracle)
2+ years of leading analytics solutions delivery, including reporting and dashboards
Strong communication and leadership skills
