Managing strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Channel Account Executive will develop joint business plans with MSP partners to drive revenue growth and profitability, focusing on customer service offerings and complex deal closures in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities

Develop relationships with partners to drive revenue growth, particularly in Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
Analyze partner business metrics to influence joint business plans and create incremental opportunities
Support partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals while coordinating resources across Sophos teams

Required qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of experience in MSP Partner Management within the Netherlands, Belgium, or Luxembourg
Proven track record of developing business plans and service offerings with MSPs
Strong understanding of RMM/PSA platforms and commercial model integration
Experience exceeding sales quotas and managing key C-level relationships
Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
