The Judge Group is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Accounts to lead complex enterprise relationships by delivering high‑impact consulting, technology, and managed services solutions. This role is designed for a senior, consultative seller who thrives in executive environments, understands how to solve business problems through services, and can scale value across a sophisticated enterprise client.

The Opportunity

As Vice President, Enterprise Accounts, you will own 1–2 enterprise clients within a defined industry or region. You will be responsible for opening new enterprise relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and serving as the strategic point of accountability across consulting, talent, technology, learning, and managed services offerings.

You will operate as an executive advisor, translating client challenges into integrated solutions while orchestrating internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi‑year enterprise account strategies aligned to client business objectives and transformation initiatives.
  • Diagnose client challenges and design consulting‑led, solution‑based engagements that deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Own revenue forecasting, account growth, and individual production performance.
  • Expand enterprise relationships by introducing and scaling Judge’s full portfolio of services, including:
  • Managed & Project‑Based Services
  • Talent Solutions & Learning
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior executive stakeholders, including procurement and MSP partners.
  • Lead executive business reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions.

New Logo Acquisition & Market Expansion

  • Proactively hunt, break into, and win new enterprise clients, positioning Judge as a long‑term strategic partner.
  • Apply industry and domain expertise to uncover opportunities tied to digital transformation, workforce strategy, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on account‑based and industry‑focused campaigns that support enterprise demand generation.
  • Represent Judge at industry forums, conferences, and executive networking events.

Solution Delivery & Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Partner with consulting, delivery, recruiting, and operational teams to ensure solutions are executed with precision and quality.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term partnership health.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to bring innovative thinking and new offerings into enterprise engagements.

Continuous Growth & Thought Leadership

  • Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consulting‑led sales approaches.
  • Elevate Judge’s presence through thought leadership and value‑driven client conversations.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and enterprise‑level growth programs.

How Success Is Measured

  • Enterprise account revenue growth and expansion.
  • Client satisfaction, retention, and achievement of SLAs.
  • Revenue derived from consulting, managed services, and cross‑portfolio solutions.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience selling consulting, managed services, or professional services solutions into enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to open and grow enterprise accounts through consultative, outcome‑based selling.
  • Experience positioning and selling multi‑disciplinary solutions, not just transactional services.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior business and technology leaders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of complex enterprise buying cycles.
  • Domain expertise in one or more industries such as BFSI, Government, Healthcare, Pharma, or Aerospace.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for executive client engagement.
