Role Overview

This senior‑level Sales Director will drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities while deepening relationships across key agency accounts. Based in the New York metropolitan area, the ideal candidate has a strong record in the advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and pipeline management: prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities focused on Spark and Starcom agency and client accounts.
  • Strategic partnerships: cultivate and expand relationships with decision‑makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs and advertisers and position our full suite of programmatic offerings.
  • Operational excellence: maintain accurate client information and pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Revenue growth: meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Market insights: stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Solution‑selling philosophy: listen to key business requirements and sell through TL’s solutions.
  • Assess potential deals through RFP responses and proactive opportunities.
  • Network at industry functions to increase visibility and connect with new clients.
  • Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads and project status.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and sales process with experience selling cross‑format solutions.
  • Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments.

Compensation & Benefits

On‑target earnings range: $250,000—$270,000 USD. Compensation includes base and variable components. Other rewards may include an open paid time off policy and region‑specific benefits.
