We’re working with a growing organization seeking a Director of Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving cost savings, supplier partnerships, and overall procurement strategy.

Lead and execute procurement and sourcing strategy across the organization
Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance metrics
Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership
Oversee purchasing processes, policies, and compliance standards
Build and mentor a high-performing procurement team
8–12+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
~ Strong negotiation and contract management experience
~ Experience with ERP systems and procurement tools
