About the Role
Are you a dynamic, relationship-driven professional with a passion for senior care and community engagement? As our Community Sales Director , you’ll be the face of our Assisted Living Community—leading local outreach, building strategic partnerships, and driving occupancy through meaningful connections.
This is more than a sales role—it’s a mission to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
- Cultivate and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and healthcare agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
- Represent the community at events, networking functions, and healthcare meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and report marketing activity, trends, and competitive insights using CRM tools.
- Share best practices and support other Community Relations Representatives across the region.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to travel locally for outreach and relationship-building
Preferred:
- Proven success in post-acute or assisted living sales
- Self-starter with strong presentation and territory management skills
- Passion for senior care and community service
