Description
The corporate development director will be an integral part of the team, actively participating in every aspect of Global Payments’ M&A efforts. The team takes a collaborative, hands-on approach, and the manager will work with junior and more senior team members on small, fast-moving deal teams. With support from the corporate development associates, the manager’s key responsibilities will include:
- Financial modeling and analyses
- Preparation of presentations for Global Payments management and board of directors
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition candidates; lead all aspects of acquisition valuation, term sheet preparation, due diligence, and assist with negotiations
- Industry and company research
- Interaction and coordination with colleagues across Global Payments, as well as external parties including investment bankers, private equity firms and other companies
