Dorel Juvenile is seeking a highly motivated, digitally savvy, and collaborative leader to own and grow our $220M+ Walmart/Sam's business. This role is responsible for delivering profitable growth across both in-store and eCommerce channels, with direct accountability for execution, customer engagement, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator with deep Walmart/Sam's experience, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day P&L management for the Walmart, Walmart.com, Sam's Club, and Samsclub.com business, including revenue delivery, margin performance, and forecast accuracy
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans aligned with Walmart/Sam's and Dorel Juvenile objectives
- Lead all customer-facing activities including line reviews, modular execution, replenishment alignment, and joint business planning
- Drive assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to grow share while balancing Walmart/Sam’s value expectations and brand positioning
- Leverage data and analytics (Retail Link, Scintilla, internal tools) to identify risks and opportunities and act decisively
- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, product development, and marketing to ensure strong execution and rapid issue resolution
- Deliver operational excellence, including in-stock performance, inventory health, and OTIF compliance
- Lead end-to-end execution of new product launches and innovation at Walmart
- Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for Walmart/Sam's sales, analytics, and customer execution
- Set clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability standards across the team
- Build bench strength and succession plans; actively develop talent and future leaders
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture grounded in ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
- Align team priorities with broader organizational goals and ensure effective cross-functional coordination
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in consumer or durable goods, with direct Walmart/Sam's account leadership
- Proven track record managing large, complex retail businesses ($100M+ preferred)
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems and processes (Retail Link, Scintilla, replenishment, modulars, OTIF)
- Solid omnichannel and eCommerce experience, including Walmart.com and Samsclub.com
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into action
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Experience in juvenile or regulated product categories is a plus
- Highly motivated, hands-on leader who drives results through both personal ownership and team performance
