Job Purpose
Produce newscasts and gather information for news stories for WHO-TV, WHO 13 News and www.who13.com.
Responsibilities
Produce evening and morning newscasts.
Write news stories.
Read information sources.
Handle live breaking news.
Handle deadline pressure.
Give directions to anchors, reporters, photographers, and directors.
Work typical shift 11pm to 4am.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license.
Computer literate.
2 years television newsroom experience.
News producing experience of 2 years preferred.
4-year college degree preferred.
Ability to work under extreme pressure, deadlines, and adverse weather conditions.
Desk work, walking and standing.
