We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead lead-generation efforts, elevate brand visibility, and drive consistent revenue growth through smart, integrated marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a modern marketing mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep sense of brand stewardship.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms

Create and edit compelling content including copywriting, graphic design, and video assets

Manage social media, email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and trade show presence

Develop and place print-based advertising in industry publications

Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI & KPIs)

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing goals

Marketing Manager Requirements:

5–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B, wholesale, or channel marketing

Experience in food & beverage, food ingredients, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a strong plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Proven experience managing digital and traditional marketing programs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail

Experience with CRM platforms and marketing databases
