You will be a member of the Visa Marketing Services for Visa Regional issuers You will help drive the strategy and oversight of execution of key marketing initiatives to help meet client objectives and drive portfolio and business growth, such as lifecycle marketing engagements, best practices, go-to-market recommendations, sponsorship marketing, advisory services, social/digital marketing, etc. You will lead marketing-related project scoping and requirements while aligning with sales and the client You will apply a data-driven approach to marketing recommendations leveraging Visa data and industry research tools to capture/communicate marketing best practices and customer insights and present to clients You will work cross-functionally to sell, develop (scope) and lead key products/marketing initiatives for Regional clients that leverage the best of Visa resources and expertise(e.g., with Sales, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.)to implement engagements across a variety of marketing opportunities (e.g., product launch, Olympics promotion, lifecycle marketing, conversion marketing, contactless marketing, retention marketing, acquisition marketing, etc.) You will liaison between the Marketing Delivery team and the client to ensure mutual satisfaction in engagement progression based on scope and objectives, working closely with the Marketing Delivery team to potentially update timelines and communicate changes to stakeholderswith limited supervisory oversight You will manage ad hoc requests from key stakeholders, e.g., clients, Visa senior leadership, etc. You will manage the budget/finance process and timelines as part of the program oversightand management You will facilitate Regional marketing client surveys, working closely with Marketing Delivery, to capture feedback about the work that Visa provides You will track and manage program results
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Experience in business development and client relationship building Experience in designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (i.e., paid social, programmatic, search engine marketing, email, direct mail, media, etc.), inclusive of measurement and insights, across the marketing lifecycle (acquisition, usage, retention, loyalty) Strong executive presence and comfort leading discussions across all levels of client organizations and within the Visa organization Strong analytical skills and comfortable translating data into marketing strategy Team player with experience coordinating cross functional, end-to-end projects that included a high level of detail and ability to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met Self-motivated and proactive in asking questions / proposing solutions Strong process orientation; able to create processes from scratch and able to identify and drive continuous improvements Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; managing spreadsheets, devising formulas, creating pivot tables, and performing data analysis, while also building executive and client presentations Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create visually clear, concise, and insightful work product and presentations for senior leaders Experience in building relationships with the ability to earn trust and rapport of partners at all levels Proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast-paced and matrixed environment Comfortable with prioritization and ability to adapt to shifting priorities Skilled in managing financials - revenue and expenses - related to your marketing programs, including timely invoicing and other administrative tasks
U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $114,400 to $215,300 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
