News Creator Engagement Lead

The Boeing Company is seeking a News Creator Engagement Lead, preferably based in Seattle, WA; or Los Angeles, CA; or near the following Boeing sites: Arlington, VA; Berkely, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Chicago, IL; Mesa, AZ; Huntsville, AL; Oklahoma City, OK or Philadelphia, PA.
The role plays a central part in advancing Boeing’s enterprise communications strategy by building and growing relationships with independent social media news creators and influencers. Primary responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, and maintaining creator relationships, aligning with brand messaging, and measuring performance analytics to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities

Identify and manage relationships with news creators in alignment with target audience, brand values, and campaign goals.
Serve as primary point of contact, support contracts, and maintain strong communications.
Collaborate with creators to provide brand messaging and review content to ensure quality, engagement, and brand voice alignment.
Coordinate with global social media team to deconflict sharing of creator content across Boeing’s global handles.
Develop and implement news creator campaigns, manage logistics, content reviews, and launches with Communications colleagues.
Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and sentiment, and generate reports with insights.
Keep abreast of social media trends and apply best practices on platforms and tools.
Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in communications and/or marketing.
5+ years working in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines.
Experience with media, external influencers, and social/digital channels (including working with news creators).
3+ years of experience in technical writing and editing.
Effective written and verbal communication, presentation and report‑writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
10+ years of experience in communications.
Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive results.
Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $104,550 - $162,150, based on experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.
