We are searching for an experienced Media Buyer & Performance Marketing Strategist to take ownership of our paid media efforts across Meta and emerging platforms while helping shape the future growth of the brand.
This is a high‑impact role for someone who understands how to scale ecommerce brands through creative strategy, audience psychology, data analysis, and strong execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage Meta ad accounts with significant monthly spend
- Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on profitable growth
- Manage campaigns across additional platforms including TikTok, Reddit, and future channels as we expand
- Continuously test audiences, creatives, hooks, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures
- Monitor KPIs including MER, ROAS, CAC, AOV, CTR, CPM, CVR, and contribution margin
Creative & Brand Strategy
- Collaborate closely with the creative team on ad concepts, hooks, angles, scripts, and messaging
- Develop creative testing frameworks that improve conversion performance
- Help shape overall brand positioning and customer messaging
- Identify trends, customer pain points, and winning emotional drivers
- Write or assist with ad copy that converts
Scaling & Optimization
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability
- Analyze performance data and make strategic budget decisions
- Understand when to scale aggressively and when to pull back
- Improve retargeting, evergreen campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing high‑volume Meta ad spend for ecommerce brands
- Strong understanding of performance marketing strategy and campaign structure
- Deep knowledge of scaling Meta campaigns profitably
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions independently
- Experience with creative testing and performance‑driven copywriting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Huge Plus If You Have
- Google Ads experience
- TikTok Ads experience
- Reddit Ads experience
- Experience with Shopify brands
- Familiarity with attribution, GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools
- Experience working closely with creative/content teams
- Experience scaling brands with significant monthly revenue
