We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support our Partner Marketing organization across Mobile, Compute, XR, and AI platforms. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling, partner-focused marketing communications that highlight joint value creation, ecosystem momentum, and real-world impact across OEMs, ISVs, developers, and strategic partners.
This role will support the Partner Marketing team leads in coordinating across the marketing organization, regional marketing teams, sales, finance and business units.
Key Responsibilities Partner & Ecosystem Communications Develop and execute partner-focused messaging and narratives across Mobile, Compute, XR, and AI platforms.
Translate joint solutions, collaborations, and ecosystem innovations into clear, differentiated stories that highlight mutual value and partner impact.
Support partner announcements, launches, and milestones (e.g., co-marketing campaigns, case studies, joint PR moments).

Content Development & Storytelling Create high-quality content including executive talking points and briefing documents, partner-facing presentations and enablement materials, event messaging, session descriptions, and partner highlights.
Ensure messaging communicates technical credibility, business value, and ecosystem scale.

Campaign & Channel Execution Support integrated partner marketing campaigns across events (industry trade shows, partner summits), web and social channels, email and digital marketing.
Collaborate with internal and external channel owners to ensure consistent voice and brand alignment across all touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with partner marketing managers and regional teams, product & technical marketing, PR and corporate communications, legal, and brand teams.
Ensure all materials meet brand, legal, and partner approval requirements.

Measurement & Optimization Track performance of partner communications and campaigns.
Use insights to refine messaging, formats, and storytelling approaches over time.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Communications, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, partner marketing, or B2B tech marketing.
Experience in Mobile, PC/Compute, XR, AI, or semiconductor ecosystems.
Familiarity with co-marketing, OEM/ISV partnerships, or platform-based marketing.
Comfort creating executive-level communications and presentations.
Experience supporting major industry events and announcements.
Knowledge of brand governance and legal review processes in large organizations.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
High attention to detail, editorial quality, and brand consistency.
Success Metrics Partner stories are clear, compelling, and consistently on message.

This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy.
This is a U.S. based position and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $33.56 - $50.34. The company offers a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunities for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for the annual bonus).
