Overview

The Senior Vice President, Audience Outcomes will act as an agency leader supporting client audience needs. The role requires expertise in how to employ user signals to drive business decisions which impact client outcomes. You will collaborate across the organization – Brand Experience, Investment, Central Data, Publicis Media teams and Epsilon team – to develop holistic and strategic approaches to translate client goals and objectives into actionable data applications.

This position requires an individual who’s highly motivated, technically savvy, analytical, and entrepreneurial to lead teams in how to best use data and Adtech to drive client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through launch and manage Audience Platforms (EPC, CDP, TMS) and other data and audience-based technology solutions
  • Guide and drive the use of audience data to impact media strategies based on overall objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with data & technology vendors and internal agency counterparts, and clients
  • Maintaining knowledge of current Adtech/Martech Ecosystems trends
  • Build client and industry presentation materials and present to director, VP, and C-suite level clients with a clear storyline that addresses client business needs.
  • Integrate with the Strategy, Media Investment, and Central Data teams to make data management a central resource for smarter planning
  • Prepare data strategy presentation and drive integration in media plan focused on audience details
  • Build and present to client’s any data and technology use case recommendations and performance reports
  • Managing the process of defining audiences to be employed, sharing of data with partners, and tracking and compiling performance reports regarding audience groups
  • Provide thought leadership driving innovation to achieve client needs
  • Serve as a mentor and inspiring leader to a team of direct reports and be willing to share knowledge and teach expertise to members of cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 12 years' experience working with Digital Media, either in consulting (strategic or operational roles), marketing technologies, or digital strategy and buying.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a managerial and client-facing role.
  • Strong background in digital work: DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, TMS, first and third-party audience data, OLV cross screen, data and analytics, etc.
  • Experience with digital media, the marketing/advertising industry, and agency work is highly preferred.
  • Experience employing audience data (including via syndicated audience resources) to make strategic investment and communication decisions.
  • Understanding of research and test design.
  • Understanding of current privacy rules and regulations.
  • Comfortable presenting to and communicating with executive-level clients, and confidence in communicating complex ideas to both internal and external teams.
  • Ability to service clients, partners, and internal collaborators by understanding their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency.

Compensation Range: $180,215 - $256,100 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
