Identify potential healthcare candidates through our innovative platform and your own network Reach out to prospective candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest Coordinate meetings between candidates and our experienced recruiters for in-depth screening Maintain communication with leads to keep their enthusiasm alive and assist throughout the hiring process Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads
