Social Media Manager at Elite Legal Marketing

Responsibilities Client Management & Strategy Serve as the primary point of contact for social media clients.
Lead kickoff calls, ongoing meetings, and strategy sessions.
Translate client goals into actionable social media strategies.
Build and present creative briefs that align with legal industry standards.

Content & Campaign Development Collaborate with internal designers, videographers, editors, and writers to create high‑performing social media content.
Ensure all creative assets align with the client’s brand, tone, and regulatory requirements.
Draft and schedule posts across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), including audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.

Reporting & Optimization Track performance metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations to clients.
Continuously improve content and ad strategies based on performance data and evolving platform trends.

Qualifications Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, content strategy, and paid social trends.
Confident running client meetings and communicating strategy clearly.
Experience creating or contributing to creative briefs and campaign planning.
Ability to collaborate across departments (design, video, copy).
Legal marketing experience is a major plus.
Comfortable interpreting brand guidelines and maintaining compliance, especially in regulated industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points For Familiarity with legal advertising rules and state bar regulations.
Experience with law firm clients or legal tech.
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or short‑form video editing platforms.
Insight into reputation management, review strategy, or client intake funnels.
