Overview
Marketing Strategist — Work Location: Remote, Texas Health Corporate, 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011. Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week. Remote work allowed at manager's discretion. Remote role with regular in-person meetings (average 1-2 times per month).

What You Will Do

Develop organization-s marketing strategies for assigned consumer-focused product lines, system brand initiatives, and touchpoints (including hospitals, facilities, joint ventures, new products and services, and employed physician practices).

Develop and maintain consistent planning documents; collaborate with Strategy, Business Development and leadership to ensure alignment with imperatives and priorities.

Ensure product line, brand, and/or practice marketing initiatives position the organization for growth and drive business objectives.

Manage system product line, brand initiatives and/or physician practice marketing and communication priorities; establish processes for development and deployment of marketing plans within allocated budget.

Lead communication about progress and results to system, channel and entity leaders; incorporate feedback to design successful programs; highlight ROI.

Establish effective relationships with system services leaders, product line leaders and physician champions; identify opportunities, issues and challenges; develop strategic solutions and action plans.

Identify opportunities for coordination and alignment within the organization; act as a catalyst for knowledge sharing and keep leaders apprised of market initiatives.

Lead strategy for consumer journey efforts for assigned product line(s) or system brand efforts; focus on content development and engagement via email, direct mail, digital ads, paid search, social, and other marketing tactics; pursue innovative methods to drive results with measurement.

Develop deep understanding of clinical processes, patient journey information, and emerging treatments to ensure contemporary positioning; digest data and strategic intelligence to inform strategy.

Stay current on industry marketing approaches, competitive landscape, and relevant data to support success of product lines and system brand initiatives.

Development of Creative Assets & Brand Management

Serve as a brand champion in deploying product line and system brand marketing approaches.

Engage partners and vendors for creative asset development; provide clear direction and input to ensure on-brand assets; follow Brand Experience protocols.

Obtain and retain legal, clinical and product line approvals for creative assets.

Ensure brand standards and graphic identity are upheld in all initiatives.

Develop and implement product line campaigns leveraging system assets and digital tools (including Salesforce Martech Stack) to drive results and monitor metrics; emphasize content development for pull-through in email, direct mail, digital and social strategies.

Projects Management & Results Reporting

Serve as project manager for marketing automation campaigns and strategies.

Identify key metrics aligned with marketing automation strategies to drive business results.

Provide regular updates to key contacts and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities and projects.

Measure and report results of marketing approaches to ensure ROI and successful outcomes for product line, physician practice and/or brand efforts.

Monitor spend relative to budget and share updates.

Monitor and report results for marketing activities.

What You Need
Education
Bachelor's Degree Req

Experience

5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related field. Must have a proven track record of driving business results. Req

Experience supporting ambulatory, virtual care, retail healthcare, or other consumer-facing access channels, with demonstrated success driving demand, access, or growth. Preferred

Experience developing and leading marketing strategies for behavioral health, mental health, or substance use services, or closely related care models, within a regulated environment. Preferred

Experience developing integrated product line or service line marketing strategies, including multi-touch, multi-channel consumer journeys across digital and traditional channels. Preferred

Strong understanding of consumer decision-making and access behaviors in healthcare, including digital entry points, referral dynamics, and barriers to care. Preferred

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance data, market insights, and ROI measurement to inform strategy and optimize outcomes. Preferred

Experience applying marketing technology, digital platforms, and emerging tools (including AI-enabled solutions) to improve efficiency, relevance, and scalability of marketing efforts. Preferred

Foundation in SEO strategy and digital performance optimization. Preferred

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with physician leaders, clinical stakeholders, and senior executives to influence strategy and drive alignment. Preferred

Skills

Ability to prioritize and allocate resources based on best practices and experience.

Strong executive presence and negotiation skills; ability to provide clear feedback to leadership.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficient with editing, writing and storytelling; knowledge of social media and trends.

Passion for leveraging the healthcare marketing landscape to drive engagement and business objectives.

Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends and business acumen.

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels and in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented with attention to detail; willingness to take calculated risks to improve engagement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
