Summary
Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen with daily operations or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.
Essential Jobs and Responsibilities
Answer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.
When Salesmen are not available, take customer orders and/or change orders as needed.
Compile information for the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.
Keep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.
Organize arrangements for the Foundation and Retail meetings.
Type, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.
Check accounts receivables for past due monies; report problems to Sales Manager.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Attentive to detail
Former sales support and customer service experience is a plus
Ability to prioritize
Highly organized
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual duties effectively
Strong multitasking capabilities
