Altar'd State - - Responsibilities: Lead and direct all store activities to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, human resources management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.; Recruit, select and develop associates and hold individuals accountable for performance.; Manage payroll and staffing to maximize store performance.; Direct guest service efforts and coach associates on guest interactions to increase transactions and capture guest opportunities.; Analyze business reports to identify problems and opportunities and forecast trends to maximize store performance.
