Job Description:

Lead the strategic response on briefs of varying size
Build persuasive presentations and pitch decks
Support renewals and upsell conversations
Apply measurement frameworks to show campaign impact
Help package Pubity’s offerings around tentpole moments
Bring fresh ideas for campaign formats
Use AI tools to speed up insights, ideation and deck production
Collaborate with Creative, Production and Sales teams
Manage workload and deadlines effectively
Requirements:

4-6 years’ experience in campaign strategy, brand partnerships, integrated marketing, or a media or creative agency role
A solid track record of responding to client briefs and contributing to winning pitches
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or Perplexity
Good project management skills
Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint or Google Slides, Excel and modern collaboration tools
Bonus points for understanding of entertainment, sports and cultural tentpoles and how brands use them commercially
Knowledge of social-first publishers and the creator economy
Understanding of media performance analysis and optimisation frameworks
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
