Job Description: Graphic Designer

Location:

Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Monday-Thursday and can work remotely from home on Fridays)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a time-sensitive, special project. This is a six-month contract role where you will support a full-time employee's workload, allowing them to focus on a strategic initiative. The position involves high communication with product and color designers across accessories, running, and training product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Create mood boards and conceptualize new ideas for apparel and accessories.

Prepare and hand over technical design files to factory partners.

Develop schematics for socks and other accessory products.

Collaborate closely with product and color designers.

Ensure design concepts align with brand standards and project goals.

Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience in graphic design, specifically for apparel or accessories.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CLO is required. Candidates must also have a portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, typography skills, the use of mood boards, and a minimal or refined design aesthetic with prints and patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience designing accessories, bags, headwear, or socks.

A strong sense of visual culture.

Advanced typography and illustration skills.

Prior experience within the apparel and footwear industry.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $35.00 and $44.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate will be determined based on experience and other factors. A benefits package is available to eligible employees.
