Responsibilities

Manage and expand a growing portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service, strong retention, and successful renewal outcomes.

Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and full compliance with Farmers policies and industry standards.

Establish clear performance goals, monitor key metrics, and execute strategies that consistently achieve and exceed agency growth targets.

Recruit, develop, and mentor team members to build a high‑performing, growth‑focused agency team.

Lead strategic marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to strengthen brand presence and drive new business opportunities.

Requirements

Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully paid by Farmers)

Proven background in sales, leadership, or small-team management

Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on long-term career growth

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Full-time availability and professional presence
