Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time, on‑site role based in Rolling Meadows, IL. This position is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts by understanding client needs, recommending solutions, and delivering a high level of service.
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with internal sales, operations, and technical teams. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, following up on leads, maintaining CRM records, and staying informed on print technology trends.
Qualifications
Account management and sales skills with a focus on relationship building and long‑term customer partnerships
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn about printers, media, and print workflows
Experience in B2B sales, printing, signage, or related industries is helpful but not required
Comfortable working on‑site in Rolling Meadows, IL
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
