Inside Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

Develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.

Exhibit outstanding communication, listening skills, customer service, patience, and relationship‑building skills.

Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Exchange information and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations.

Have 1–2 years of practical experience with B2B sales preferred.

Prior cold‑calling experience is helpful.

Possess excellent negotiation skills.

Demonstrate attention to detail.

Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation
USD $19.25 per hour.
