We’re looking for an AI Marketing Operations Manager to help modernize how our marketing team works.

This role is focused on building smarter workflows, improving team efficiency, and helping the marketing team leverage tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Nano Banana, and automation platforms in practical, scalable ways.

The ideal candidate is equal parts builder, and problem-solver: someone excited by emerging AI tools, energized by streamlining workflows, and comfortable collaborating across creative, growth, CRM, and analytics teams.

What You’ll Do
AI Workflow & Automation

Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows that improve marketing efficiency and output quality

Develop prompt libraries, templates, and repeatable systems for content, reporting, research, and campaign development

Identify opportunities to automate manual marketing processes across teams

Marketing Operations

Support the day-to-day management and optimization of marketing systems and workflows

Help improve campaign execution, reporting processes, segmentation, and internal collaboration

Assist in integrating marketing tools and platforms to create more connected workflows

Cross-Functional Support

Partner with brand, creative, CRM, growth, and analytics teams to solve operational challenges

Help teams adopt AI tools effectively through training, documentation, and hands-on support

Translate business needs into practical systems and process improvements

Data & Performance Insights

Support campaign reporting, dashboard creation, and marketing performance analysis

Use AI tools to surface insights, summarize trends, and accelerate decision-making

Help improve testing and optimization processes across marketing initiatives

What You Bring

2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles

Strong interest in AI tools and how they can improve marketing workflows

Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly in fast‑paced environments

Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non‑technical teams

Nice to Have

Experience building automations or workflows using no‑code/low‑code tools

Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing systems

Basic understanding of APIs, analytics, or data workflows

Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, membership, or lifestyle brands
