Key responsibilities
Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
Consult with clients to guide them in using the platform effectively for their specific needs
Deliver first-level technical troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed
Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of customer-facing experience
1+ years of experience in a customer support role for a web-based business or software application
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in the Medical Education market or similar fields is a plus
