The Digital/Influencer Coordinator is instrumental in supporting digital teams through day-to-day account assignments. The DC also fills the role of community management and is at the forefront of our clients’ social media communities reporting insights and learnings back to the team. In assisting with the execution of digital campaigns, the DC begins learning digital strategy, social media marketing, and the sectors we serve. Our DC’s also start to get their feet wet in learning the world of influencer marketing. They lead all searching and vetting for influencers, handle reporting/tracking/monitoring for influencer content and eventually start to offer suggestions for content ideation, etc.
Responsibilities
Community manages client social channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
Learns vendor software and social media listening/measurement tools (i.e. Sprinklr, Brandwatch, TalkWalker, etc.)
Publishes content to social channels
Monitors social media conversations
Analyzes content performance and reports back to team
Identifies influencers for our brands to work with
Assists with compiling social media content calendars
Works with designers and project managers to create social content
Brainstorms digital activations and social media content ideas
Attends and contributes to client/team meetings, takes notes
Monitors digital trends and shares with internal team
Assists in the production of new business materials
Participates in client events with a focus on social amplification
Assist the team in managing interns
As applicable manages influencer research, vetting, tracking, reporting, measurement and supports content ideation/strategy
Becomes familiar with agency technology, Slack, Monday.com, Bard, Midjourney, etc.
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring: (skillset & requirements)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Past experience in running brand social channels and/or influencer programming (either in‑house or at agency)
Proven ability to effectively organize multiple deadlines across accounts and teams
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in digital marketing, across social + influencer (paid and organic)
Positive and flexible attitude
Proactive and curious mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple accounts/address multiple client needs
Ability to meet deadlines
Has a finger on the pulse of pop culture, trends, entertainment, and news

SALARY:$45,000 – $48,000
New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
Location: New York office
We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client’s office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.
