The Talbots LLC is hiring: Junior Web Developer in Hingham

Talbots is a leading omni‑channel specialty retailer of women's clothing, shoes and accessories. Established in 1947.
Responsibilities Develop, code, test and execute new business functionality for talbots.com web site and mobile.
Stay up‑to‑date on marketing cadence and adapt quickly to changes in a fluid environment.
Monitor and tune front‑end site performance.
Build and develop homepage, landing page and various site content using responsive HTML/CSS templates in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Collaborate with Brand/Online Marketing and Creative on new projects.
Utilize Adobe Target in support of A/B testing.
Review new functionality and competitor sites to offer suggestions and proposals for new web functionality.
Maintain technical code documentation.
Assist with troubleshooting customer‑facing issues.
Serve as on‑call during nights, weekends and holidays to verify migrations for marketing promotions or HTML website emergencies.
Perform ad‑hoc requests per direction of manager/director.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 1‑3 years of solid web‑development experience.
Proficiency in responsive HTML/CSS.
Experience with cross‑browser/device testing.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline‑driven production environment that changes frequently and sometimes on short notice.
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Location and Availability Hybrid: the position works in a hybrid model with required days in Talbots office in Hingham, MA as defined by business needs. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. No sponsorship will be provided.
Salary The target salary range for this role is $57,000 - $70,000. Offers will consider qualifications, relevant experience and skills.
