Job Summary
The Business Development Manager – Next Gen Device Lab supports sales representatives by providing product support and program information, driving business growth for specific OEM partners through strategic programs and initiatives. The role involves creating and delivering training and presentations, managing sales pipelines, and representing the brand at industry events to enhance awareness.
Responsibilities
Support pre‑sales meetings and events to generate interest in Lab capabilities, tools, and services.
Track and report on prospect lab opportunities and closed lab opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to develop or update collateral, pitch decks, website and other materials needed.
Primary owner of Lab device and testing tracking.
Assist in BenchSmart development processes by providing feedback from sales and customers.
Design and deliver 1x1 and 1xmany trainings.
Collaborate with OEM partner teams to understand trends and keep the Lab updated with the latest devices and solutions.
Generate demo ideas for solutions to feature in the Next‑Gen Device Lab.

Intermediate understanding of company operations, market positioning, competitive dynamics, and processes.
Intermediate proficiency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events (15% travel).
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Salary and Benefits
Base salary range: $65,000 – $85,000. Estimated on‑target earnings (OTE) include a base salary and bonus: $75,000 – $95,000. Compensation varies based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
