Role Overview We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who understands how creators shape culture — and how to build meaningful partnerships that go beyond paid posts. You’ll lead our influencer strategy end-to-end, from identifying the right voices for our brand to designing smart campaigns that grow awareness, trust, and advocacy. This is not a passive role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes creator culture, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can build and scale a program that blends creativity with performance. You should be as fluent in TikTok trends as you are in CPMs and conversion rates — and just as excited to pitch a bold campaign idea as you are to negotiate a contract.
Responsibilities Design and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product education, and conversion across multiple tiers of creators (nano to macro).
Identify and build authentic, long‑term relationships with aligned creators.
Develop creative briefs, coordinate product sends, and manage the end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns from seeding to reporting.
Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and use those insights to iterate quickly and refine future strategies.
Work closely with brand, content, paid media, and product teams to align campaigns with overall marketing efforts and product launches.
Stay plugged into social trends, platform changes, and emerging creator talent to ensure Nerra shows up with relevance and resonance.
Use influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Aspire, CreatorIQ, Upfluence) and analytics dashboards to manage and report on campaigns.
Ensure every creator touchpoint reflects our values — from personalized outreach to thoughtful product send‑outs and post‑campaign follow‑ups.
What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing — ideally in beauty, wellness, or DTC US market.
Proven track record managing creator programs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Deep understanding of internet culture and creator ecosystems.
Hands‑on experience with influencer tools (e.g., Aspire, Upfluence, CreatorIQ) and performance tracking systems.
A strong visual and brand sensibility — you understand what good content looks like and how it performs.
Self‑starter mindset: you move fast, operate independently, and thrive in high‑ownership environments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire creators and internal teams alike.
Detail‑oriented and organized — able to manage multiple campaigns and relationships without dropping the ball.
Mandatory to be based in the US.
