Support projects that are broader in scope and more complex (ex. Innovation, multigender/dimension/activity, supporting classification vs. collection)
Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external audiences
Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with key partners
Significant engagement with external partners (ex. athletes, league, collaborator, etc.)
