Based in Perth, we are a dedicated digital marketing team that creates smart, scalable, and custom web solutions for businesses across Australia.

From SEO and high-converting website design to CRM automation, we build full lead‑generation systems that convert traffic into revenue. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation and optimisation of marketing initiatives for Smarter Websites and its client base within the building and construction sector.

The role focuses on market analysis, campaign development, digital acquisition strategy, brand positioning and performance analytics. The position operates at a skilled professional level and reports directly to the Director. This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Medina WA.

Strategic Marketing Development

Conducting detailed market research and competitor analysis across target industry sectors

Developing structured marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth objectives

Identifying market trends, consumer behaviour patterns and commercial opportunities

Advising the Director on positioning, differentiation and acquisition strategy

Campaign Planning & Implementation

Designing integrated digital marketing campaigns across search, social and content channels

Developing customer acquisition funnels and lifecycle marketing frameworks

Overseeing execution of paid advertising strategies including Google Ads and Meta platforms

Coordinating marketing initiatives aligned to quarterly and annual growth targets

Performance Analytics & Optimisation

Monitoring campaign performance metrics including conversion rates, cost-per‑acquisition and ROI

Analysing marketing data to identify optimisation opportunities

Providing structured performance reports and strategic recommendations

Refining campaign strategy based on data insights and commercial outcomes

Brand & Positioning

Developing brand messaging frameworks aligned to industry positioning

Ensuring consistency across digital platforms and marketing collateral

Supporting clients with structured marketing advisory and growth planning

Team Supervision

Supervising Builder Content Marketing team including Project Manager and two support staff

Providing strategic direction and oversight of content planning and distribution

Ensuring alignment between content, advertising and lead generation strategy

Qualifications & Work Experience

Minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree qualification plus minimum 1 year’ relevant work experience in the last 5 years.

5 years’ relevant work experience may substitute the formal qualification.

Skills & Knowledge

Extensive experience in marketing strategy and campaign development

Strong analytical capability in digital marketing performance metrics

Demonstrated experience in market research and competitor analysis

Experience supervising marketing support staff

Proven ability to align marketing initiatives with commercial growth objectives
