Role Overview
We are looking for an
Associate Talent Lead
to support the execution of SILVARE's talent acquisition strategy while leading a small team of Talent Acquisition professionals. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role combines hands-on recruiting, stakeholder management, team development, and recruitment operations to ensure exceptional hiring outcomes across client and internal hiring needs.
The Associate Talent Lead will be responsible for mentoring and supporting team members, driving recruitment excellence, fostering strong relationships with the Client Success Team, and continuously improving hiring processes and candidate experience.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Specialists, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.
Support and coordinate recruitment delivery across multiple client accounts, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality candidatepipelines, strong candidate experience, and timely hiring outcomes.
Partner closely with the Client Success Team to understand hiring needs, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery across client accounts.
Define and continuously improve team workflows, sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate experience.
Monitor team KPIs and individual performance metrics, identifying opportunities for coaching, development, and operational improvement.
Act as an escalation point for complex hiring challenges, stakeholder concerns, or recruitment roadblocks.
Share market insights and recruitment best practices to support effective hiring decisions.
Contribute to building a high-performance, people-first team culture that reflects SILVARE\'s values.
What You\'ll Bring
4+ years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing recruiters.
Proven track record of developing Talent Specialists in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
Strong understanding of technology hiring markets and the ability to assess talent across a variety of technical roles.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience monitoring recruitment performance metrics and using data to drive team effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring streams simultaneously.
A collaborative, hands-on leadership style -you lead by example, not just by title.
