Job Description

Strategic Imperative: The Account Manager supports the execution, growth, and retention of publisher partnerships while developing foundational skills in account strategy, performance optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role is primarily focused on day‑to‑day account support, performance monitoring, and operational execution, with opportunities to build toward more strategic ownership over time.
Prodege is a cutting‑edge marketing and consumer insights platform that helps leading brands, marketers, and agencies uncover answers to their business questions, acquire new customers, increase revenue, and drive brand loyalty and product adoption.
Primary Objectives

Support the health, performance, and retention of a portfolio of publisher accounts
Execute against defined performance, revenue, and retention goals
Assist in partner communication, reporting, and day‑to‑day account management
Identify basic performance trends and expedite opportunities or risks to senior team members
Follow established processes, documentation, and reporting standards
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Campaign Ops, Onboarding, and Product teams to resolve issues
Build foundational knowledge in publisher strategy, monetization, and performance marketing
Responsibilities

Perform daily and weekly account management tasks as outlined in the Primary Objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and report findings to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM or project management tools.
Communicate proactively with publishers and internal teams.
Escalate performance issues and opportunities to senior team members.
Assist in the development of account management playbooks and processes.
Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or related fields
Exposure to digital advertising, performance marketing, ad tech, or marketplaces preferred
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify trends
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Experience with CRM or project management tools (HubSpot or similar) is a plus
Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the role
Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Sheets and Slides
Experience with HubSpot, JIRA, Sigma
Programmatic technical account management experience in the rewarded experience industry
Familiarity with publisher monetization models, CPI/CPE pricing, ROAS optimization
Experience working in matrixed or high‑growth organizations
Success Metrics

Client satisfaction and retention: publishers consistently report high satisfaction, renew campaigns, and view Prodege as a trusted partner
Clear communication and responsiveness: timely, proactive communication across all touchpoints
Campaign performance and insights: meet or exceed KPIs with actionable insights and reporting
Revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities
Contractual excellence: all obligations, deliverables, and timelines met
