Overview

The Graphic Design Coordinator helps develop and design training programs for Retail, Customer Care, and Wholesale employees. This role assists in ideation and creation of in‑store training tools that relate to product and selling, leveraging current design trends across digital and print media.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the department in developing and executing design concepts for all internal training programs via visual storytelling and creative solutions.
Honor David Yurman brand standards while bringing fresh ideas and new approaches.
Meet and partner with interdepartmental and cross‑functional colleagues to gather necessary information and execute all training tools accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate logistics and resources for digital platforms and projects.
Seek new methods and creative solutions to improve the in‑store learning process and overall client experience.
Conduct market/competitive research and analyze industry trends in graphic and digital design.
Perform other administrative/coordination duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in design; retail experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; high level of InDesign skills required.
Basic Premiere Pro/After Effects video editing skills are a plus.
Photoshop and Illustrator skills are a plus.
Knowledge of digital learning platforms / Learning Management Systems is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Agile, multi‑tasking and time‑management abilities.
High degree of integrity.
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Location

New York, NY (Hybrid, in office 3 days a week)

Estimated Pay Rate

$31.00–33.00 per hour.
