Servicing accounts, providing technical assistance, attending trade shows, monitoring customer activity and inventory movement, evaluating our position relative to overall business, establishing professional rapport with all customers Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules, etc. Define and achieve sales goals Understanding of market and industry trends, sales techniques, application of products in various markets Work directly with key accounts to ensure proper service levels are maintained Demonstrate knowledge of our products, their use, and how they relate to meet our customers’ needs Recommending changes in products and service by evaluating results and competitive developments
