Rangely District Hospital has an opening in Administration for an

Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator . This is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt position working 40 hours per week.
Job Statement

Provides clerical and administrative support to the CEO approximately 20 hours per week. Coordinate and participate in developing, implementing, and maintaining Rangely District Hospital’s marketing strategies and social media accounts approximately 20 hours per week.
Administrative Assistant

Provides Administrative Assistance and support to the CEO, Administration, Board of Directors, & Medical Staff, including clerical, meeting and presentation preparation, notifications, verbal, written, and electronic communications, mailings, travel arrangements, and PR support.
Attends Board meetings and serves as official recorder. Responsible for maintaining official records for the district, including Board meeting minutes and notifications.
Attends Medical Staff meetings and serves as official recorder. Responsible for maintaining official records for the Hospital, including meeting minutes and notifications.
Serves as Deputy Designated Election Official, under DEO, for district elections.
Directs and implements RDH’s advertising and promotional activities.
Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend practical marketing approaches.
Identifies new market segments that will benefit our health care system.
Highlights services and health care personnel.
Education/Experience

Preference will be given to those with a bachelor’s degree in business management OR equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
License/Registration/Certifications

Marketing Degree or Certifications
Current Notary Certification for the State of Colorado

Shift: Day
Hourly Wage Range: $22.00 - $26.00
