WRNS Studio is seeking a

Marketing Coordinator

to join our marketing team and support business development, pursuits, brand, communications, and marketing operations across the firm.

The position may be based in either of our

San Francisco

or

New York City

offices, and supports our four locations in San Francisco, New York, Honolulu, and Seattle. We are looking for a highly organized, design-minded marketer who enjoys both hands-on production and the systems behind the work. The right candidate can produce compelling materials, coordinate complex efforts across teams, and help improve how marketing operates at WRNS.

Our team is actively building stronger tools and workflows, utilizing Airtable, OpenAsset, and emerging AI-enabled processes that support pursuit strategy, project storytelling, and asset management.

Responsibilities
This role will support WRNS’s five marketing pillars:

Business Development

Support client-facing business development efforts through presentations, opportunity research, and strategic materials

Assist with pipeline tracking and market intelligence

Pursuits

Produce proposals, qualifications packages, shortlist materials, and interview presentations

Coordinate deadlines, consultant inputs, internal reviews, and pursuit workflows

Help maintain consistency, quality, and strong visual communication across submissions

Brand

Maintain project tearsheets, resumes, award submissions, presentations, and firm collateral

Support graphic consistency and visual storytelling aligned with the WRNS brand

Communications

Support awards, conferences, thought leadership, social content, and project storytelling

Help shape project narratives for internal and external audiences

Marketing Operations

Help maintain and improve marketing systems including Airtable, OpenAsset, and internal project databases

Support project data hygiene, asset organization, and content management

Help document and improve workflows across the marketing team

Contribute to exploration of emerging tools and AI-enabled processes

Qualifications

4-7 years of marketing experience in architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, or related professional services

Experience producing proposals, qualifications packages, interview materials, and marketing collateral

Excellent writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required

Strong proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint

Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred

Strong graphic sensibility with careful attention to layout, formatting, and visual communication

Experience with project databases, CRM platforms, digital asset management tools, or marketing systems is a plus

Interest in process improvement, systems thinking, and evolving technology

Strong graphic sensibility and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a collaborative environment
