About This Role
REP is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing in‑house creative team. This role will play a key part in shaping and elevating the visual execution of the global REP brand across digital, print, retail, and experiential touchpoints. Working closely with the Creative Director and cross‑functional marketing teams, this position is responsible for bringing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives to life through high‑quality visual design.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of brand consistency, marketing design systems, and multi‑channel execution. This role requires a designer who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and maintain a high level of craft across a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment. In addition to hands‑on design work, this role will help guide external freelance design support and contribute to maintaining scalable creative workflows and asset organization across the department.
Essential Functions
Visual Execution & Brand Consistency
Execute and evolve REP's visual identity across digital, print, retail, and experiential marketing touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and internal creative team to maintain and elevate brand consistency across all customer‑facing content.
Lead design critiques and provide thoughtful feedback to internal teammates and external freelance designers.
Translate campaign direction and marketing objectives into polished, high‑performing visual assets.
Partner cross‑functionally with e‑commerce, email marketing, paid media, content, influencers, retail, events, and product development teams.
Stay informed on design, e‑commerce, and industry trends to bring fresh creative thinking and relevant visual approaches to the brand.
Marketing & Campaign Assets
Design assets for performance marketing, paid social, email campaigns, website promotions, landing pages, organic social, and retail marketing.
Create compelling layouts and visual systems that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Develop graphics and supporting materials for experiential activations, trade shows, events, and in‑person brand experiences.
Maintain consistency across both digital and print deliverables while adapting designs to the needs of each platform and audience.
Process & Creative Operations
Help maintain organized creative workflows, file structures, templates, and asset systems across the department.
Lead and review work from external freelance design partners to ensure alignment with REP brand standards and creative expectations.
Balance speed of execution with strong attention to detail and design quality.
Contribute to process improvements that increase creative efficiency and scalability across the team.
Support onboarding and creative guidance for new freelance or internal creative contributors as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Assigns, trains, schedules, or oversees the work of others.
What You Will Bring
Education And/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred, but not required.
6+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an in‑house brand, retail, or e‑commerce environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital marketing, campaign design, brand systems, and print execution.
Experience working within fast‑paced marketing or e‑commerce teams at an agency or in‑house.
Experience with motion graphics and short form video edits is a plus.
Familiarity with the garage gym, strength training, or fitness industry is a plus.

$80,000 - $95,000 annually with company bonus potential
