Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly engaged Social Media & Community Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day social media presence across multiple locations. This role is heavily focused on stories, audience engagement, and community interaction, helping bring the brand personality to life online.
The successful candidate will work alongside the existing creative agency, which will continue producing polished content assets, while this role focuses on repurposing content, maintaining an active online presence, and driving engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Community Engagement (Primary Focus)
Manage day-to-day activity across Instagram and Meta platforms
Create and maintain a strong Instagram Stories presence across all stores
Engage directly with followers through messages, comments, polls, reposts, and interactive content
Build a fun, community-driven brand voice similar to leading hospitality brands
Maintain consistent audience interaction and online responsiveness
Content Repurposing & Editing
Repurpose agency-provided content into platform-specific formats
Create engaging stories, reels, promotional posts, and short-form content
Perform basic graphic design and video editing for social platforms
Adapt existing content into engaging day-to-day social media activity
Use AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and content output
Paid Advertising Support
Assist with Instagram and Meta paid advertising campaigns
Support audience targeting, boosted posts, and promotional campaigns
Monitor engagement and campaign performance metrics
Growth & Platform Expansion
Support ongoing audience growth and community engagement strategies
Help strengthen customer loyalty and repeat engagement through social media
Explore future opportunities for TikTok content and platform expansion
Tools & Platforms
Instagram & Facebook (primary platforms)
Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing tools
AI-assisted content and editing tools (desirable)
Key Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts for hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of Instagram Stories and audience engagement strategies
Basic graphic design and short-form video editing skills
Paid media buying capabilties
Hospitality or food industry experience
Ability to repurpose content into engaging social media assets
Strong communication and brand awareness skills
Ability to manage multiple store accounts and maintain consistency
Desirable
Experience using AI tools for content creation or editing
Familiarity with TikTok trends and platform strategy
Additional Information
Full-time dedicated role (40 hours/week)
Role will support multiple stores and brands within the group
Existing agency will remain in place for polished content production
Strong focus on engagement, stories, community interaction, and content repurposing rather than on-site content capture
